VITAMIN C, ASTRAGALUS (Astragalus membranaceus – radix) DRY EXTRACT, SPIRULINA ALGAE (Spirulina platensis – tallus) POWDER. Preservatives: POTASSIUM SORBATE, CITRIC ACID, SODIUM BENZOATE. Lubricant: MAGNESIUM STEARATE. Capsule composition: HPMC. Gelling agent: GELLAN GUM. Lubricant: SUNFLOWER LECITHIN.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS & ACTIONS

Vitamin C (150 mg – 15% NRV per capsule) – contributes to normal immune system function and normal energy metabolism; helps maintain immune function during and after intense physical exercise
Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus – radix) (105 mg per capsule) – supports the body’s natural defences, tonic-adaptogen
Spirulina Algae (Spirulina platensis – tallus) (93 mg per capsule) – restorative and supportive action

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

1 capsule (350 mg) per day, preferably in the morning.

RECOMMENDED USE

4 cycles per year are recommended. 1 cycle = 3 months: 30 days on (2x daily), 30 days off, repeated x1.
